Our Firm

One of the leading law firms licensed in the People's Republic of China, TransAsia was established by attorneys who have been advising clients on direct investments in China since the early 1980s.

TransAsia maintains offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong (associated) and Tokyo (alliance office), with a legal team of approximately 80 professionals. The majority of our lawyers are admitted to practice in Mainland China; others are qualified in the United States, England/Wales, Japan, Australia and Malaysia.

Our mission is to provide quality, efficient and practical legal advice on complex business transactions in China. Our professionals have extensive knowledge of Chinese law and commercial practice, some of whom have also written authoritative publications on PRC law, specifically in the areas of IT, media, e-commerce, employment and real estate.
